We recently visited Dobedan Beach Resort Comfort 5* (formerly Alva Donna Beach Resort Comfort) in Colakli, Side. Here we share our impressions and useful information.
Location and Renovations
The hotel is located 53 km from Antalya Airport, 260 meters from the sea, and 3.7 km from the center of Side. Built in 2004, the most recent renovation of the rooms was completed in 2025. The 32,000 m² property features 6 buildings with 328 rooms..
Beach and Sea
The hotel has its own sandy beach 100 meters from the main building, stretching 100 meters along the shore. The entrance to the sea is sandy with some pebbles. During winter, beach infrastructure operates depending on weather conditions. Beach towels, sun loungers, and umbrellas are provided free of charge, and there's a bar operating from 10:00 AM until midnight.

The Ancient City of Side with the ruins of Apollo's Temple, amphitheater, agora, and other historical sites. The preserved five columns of Apollo's Temple are the symbol of the city and its main photo location, especially at sunset.
