Cruise Vacations 2026 — Explore Turkey, Greece, Italy, Egypt & the Gulf

Sail with Astoria Grande, MSC, Celestyal, or Aroya — from $350 a week

Mediterranean Cruises 2026 — cruises across the Mediterranean, Aegean, Red Sea, and Persian Gulf departing from Turkey (Istanbul, Kuşadası, Bodrum, Izmir, Antalya). BIOHACTOUR is an official booking agent, partner of La Voyage (contract No. LV-TR-2025/178), licensed by TÜRSAB (A-14433).

Where does Astoria Grande depart from in 2026? Since August 2026, the ship departs from and returns to the port of Antalya, following a route change by the operator due to Black Sea navigation safety requirements. The liner carries up to 1,328 passengers across 11 decks, all-inclusive format, multilingual crew. The 2026–2027 season includes 17 cruises from 4 to 14 nights, covering Turkey, Egypt, Greece, Italy, and Malta, prices from €760.

No visa is required for cruises covering only Turkey and Egypt. Extended itineraries calling at Greek ports require a Schengen visa issued by the Greek consulate for travelers who need one; 14-night itineraries with Italian ports (Messina, Naples, Civitavecchia/Rome, Palermo) require a Schengen visa issued specifically by the Italian consulate, since most nights are spent in Italy. (EU/Schengen-area citizens do not need a Schengen visa — please check requirements for your nationality.)

What else we can arrange around your Astoria Grande cruise

Guests now fly into Antalya — a great opportunity to extend the trip before or after the cruise. BIOHACTOUR arranges hotels along the coast directly, often below Booking.com rates: Lara and Kundu — family-friendly 5-star beachfront hotels from €2,000/week for two; Belek — premium golf resorts from €2,500/week; Kemer — pine forests and mountains from €1,500/week; Alanya and Side — more affordable, from €1,200/week. Details on our Antalya hotels page.

Before boarding or after disembarking, explore the coast: the old town of Kaleiçi, Düden and Manavgat waterfalls, Göynük Canyon, Cleopatra Beach in Alanya — all within 1–2 hours of the port.

For guests flying via Istanbul: we can combine your cruise with a hair transplant at Estethica clinic under our WME system (Wellness + Medical + Extreme) — a few days in Istanbul for the procedure and recovery, followed by a flight to Antalya for boarding.

Our selection includes 5 cruise lines (Astoria Grande, MSC, Costa, Celestyal, Aroya), from €280 per week, with early-booking discounts of up to 30% for the 2026 season.

Mediterranean Cruises from Turkey

Discover the Mediterranean by sea! MSC, Celestyal and Astoria Grande depart from the Turkish ports of Istanbul, Kuşadası and Antalya, offering routes from 3 to 14 days.

Visit legendary Greek islands — whitewashed Santorini with its caldera sunsets, cosmopolitan Mykonos with its windmills, medieval Rhodes with its knights' castle, and mysterious Crete with its Minotaur legends. Some routes also call at Italy — Bari, Naples — and select sailings reach as far as Malta, Spain and France.

These routes require a valid Schengen visa — it's checked at boarding and isn't issued on board or at the port of call. It must be arranged in advance, through the consulate of whichever Schengen country accounts for the most days on your cruise itinerary.

Popular departure ports: Istanbul (reachable by direct flight from many countries), Kuşadası (close to ancient Ephesus), and Antalya (convenient for those already vacationing in Turkey). The flight to the departure port isn't included in the cruise price and is booked separately — we can help find a flight if needed.

MSC (Fantasia, Divina, Orchestra, Lirica — modern ships with a full entertainment program), Celestyal Discovery (a smaller ship specializing in the Aegean, with short 3–4-day routes) and Astoria Grande (the longest itineraries, 7–14 days) offer options starting from $370 for 3 nights in an interior cabin.
