Look for desk 095 (welcome desk) — free transfer to the sea port can be arranged there. Shuttle buses run every 45 minutes.

2. Drive to the port. Group transfers are authorized to enter the port area and will take you directly to the BOARDING terminal.

3. Travelling independently. You can take a taxi or your own car. At the port entrance, security staff will ask to see your boarding pass or another document confirming you're on the cruise.

4. Boarding. After getting off the bus, walk straight along the building to the BOARDING entrance. Keep your luggage with you — it needs to go through an X-ray scan and passport control. After that, follow the signs to the Astoria Grande check-in hall, where you'll receive your boarding card and luggage tags. Then head down to the pier: heavy luggage is tagged and handed to staff at the pier, while only hand luggage goes on board with you. Tag your suitcase, then head to the gangway — show your boarding card and board the ship.
