Day-by-day protocol (official clinic schedule):
Day 1 → Surgery + PRP. Do not wash hair. Wear a shirt with buttons — nothing over your head
Day 2 → Rest day. Sleep on your back at 45°, using a neck pillow. Do not touch the scalp
Day 3 → Clinic visit: infrared therapy + laser + first professional wash. You receive your sun hat and aftercare kit
Days 3–10 → Wash daily using the foam and lotion from your kit
Day 11 → Final wash: apply lotion for 60 minutes, then shampoo. Can be done at the clinic or at home
Day 13 → All scabs must be fully removed — critical for follicle health
No sport, sauna or swimming pool for 2 months.
No alcohol or hookah for 7 days
