Day-by-day care (exactly per the clinic's protocol):
Day 1 → surgery + PRP. Do not wash your hair. Wear a button-up shirt. You receive the cap and neck pillow right away.
Day 2 → free day. Sleep on your back at a 45° angle (neck pillow). Do not touch the scalp.
Day 3 → clinic visit: ozone therapy (inhalation) + infrared therapy + first wash at the clinic. You receive the Estethica Med set and your prescription.
Days 3–10 → wash your hair daily following the schedule in the set.
Day 11 → final wash (at the clinic or at home): lotion for 60 minutes → shampoo.
From day 13 → all scabs should be gone.
Sports, sauna, swimming pool — avoid for 2 months.
Alcohol, hookah — avoid for 7 days.
