International passengers who are not Russian citizens will need a valid Russian visa to enter Russia and board the ship in Sochi, and boarding is subject to the cruise line's prior approval for non-Russian citizens — please confirm with us before booking flights. Onboard service, announcements and most crew communication are in Russian; we provide English-speaking support before and during your booking, but should not be assumed as the onboard service language.

Astoria Grande is the only cruise ship departing from a Russian port, eliminating the need for international flights for Russian residents. Passengers can reach Sochi by car, train or domestic flights from major Russian cities. No visa is required for Turkish and Georgian ports. A Schengen visa is required for itineraries calling at Greek and/or Italian ports — apply in advance at the consulate of whichever Schengen country you'll spend the most days in during the cruise; visas cannot be issued on board or in port. Navigation season runs from May to October, with cruise duration from 3 to 14 nights. Children aged 2–11 travel free on an extra berth with two adults (port and service fees apply); ages 12–17 get a 50% discount on an extra berth.
