Sapphire FUE hair transplant in Turkey: why patients choose this method
Sapphire FUE is a graft extraction and transplantation method that uses sapphire blades to create the recipient channels, allowing for more precise, less traumatic incisions than standard steel instruments. The choice between Sapphire FUE and Multi Implanter DHI is made individually, based on hair structure and donor area characteristics.

Sapphire FUE all-inclusive: day-by-day procedure protocol
Day 1 — the Sapphire FUE procedure itself, including PRP therapy during surgery; sedation is included.
Day 2 — a free day to rest and recover.
Day 3 — ozone therapy, infrared therapy, a professional scalp wash, an aftercare briefing, your certificate and Estethica Med kit — then hotel check-out and transfer to the airport.
Recovery care
After the procedure, patients receive the Estethica Med line (manufactured in Italy): Clinical Repair Foam, Clinical Hair Repair Shampoo, Clinical Repair Lotion, Clinical Hair Repair Serum, and a one-month course of multivitamins — all paraben-free.

On day three you're also given a prescription plan: the antibiotic Duocid (the full course is mandatory), the anti-inflammatory Aprol Fort as needed, the corticosteroid Prednol to manage swelling, Bepanthol lotion for the donor area, and Sebamed pH 5.5 shampoo. The biotin recommendation is 5,000 mcg every other day.
Laser therapy and mesotherapy are not part of the clinic's protocol.
Staying in Istanbul for 3 more days
The first 3 days of the package are best spent at a hotel near the clinic — it's simply more convenient logistically, especially since day two is usually a rest day and there's not much appetite for sightseeing anyway. The area around the clinic isn't touristic, so there's little to see there regardless — but you save the time and effort of commuting. Once the clinic protocol is done and you're free to move around the city, it makes sense to switch to a hotel in Istanbul proper — closer to the historic centre or the waterfront, where it's easy to walk around and sightsee.
