Return and Cancellation Policy

CONSUMER RIGHTS - WITHDRAWAL, CANCELLATION AND RETURN CONDITIONS

GENERAL PROVISIONS:

  1. When you place an order electronically through the website you are using, you are deemed to have accepted the preliminary information form provided to you and the distance sales contract.

  2. Buyers are subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188) and other applicable laws regarding the sale and delivery of the purchased product.

  3. Product shipping expenses - shipping costs - are paid by buyers.

  4. Each purchased product is delivered to the person and/or organization at the address indicated by the buyer within 30 days, not exceeding the legal period. If the product is not delivered within this time, buyers can terminate the contract.

  5. The purchased product must be delivered completely, in accordance with the characteristics specified in the order, and with warranty documents, user manual and other documents if available.

  6. If the sale of the purchased product becomes impossible, the seller must notify the buyer of this situation in writing within 3 days of learning this information. The total amount must also be returned to the buyer within 14 days.

IF THE COST OF THE PURCHASED PRODUCT IS NOT PAID:

  1. If the buyer does not pay the cost of the purchased product or cancels it in bank records, the seller's obligation to deliver the product ends.

PURCHASES MADE WITH UNAUTHORIZED USE OF CREDIT CARD:

  1. If it is determined after the product is delivered that the buyer's credit card was improperly used by unauthorized persons, and the cost of the sold product is not paid to the seller by the relevant bank or financial institution, the buyer is obliged to return the product subject to the contract to the seller within 3 days, with shipping costs belonging to the seller.

IF THE PRODUCT CANNOT BE DELIVERED ON TIME DUE TO UNFORESEEN REASONS:

  1. If force majeure circumstances that the seller cannot foresee arise and the product cannot be delivered on time, the situation is reported to the buyer. The buyer may request cancellation of the order, replacement of the product with a similar one, or postponement of delivery until the obstacle is removed. If the buyer cancels the order: if payment was made in cash, this amount is paid to them in cash within 14 days of cancellation. If the buyer made payment by credit card and cancels, the product cost is returned to the bank within 14 days of this cancellation, but it is likely that the bank will transfer it to the buyer's account within 2-3 weeks.

BUYER'S OBLIGATION TO INSPECT THE PRODUCT:

  1. The buyer must inspect the goods/services subject to the contract before receiving them; must not accept damaged and defective goods/services such as dented, broken, torn packaging, etc. from the shipping company. The received goods/services will be considered undamaged and intact. THE BUYER is obliged to carefully preserve the goods/services after delivery. If the right of withdrawal is to be used, the goods/services must not be used. The invoice must also be returned.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

  1. THE BUYER may use the right of withdrawal from the contract by rejecting the goods without accepting any legal and criminal responsibility and without stating reasons within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the purchased goods to them or the person/organization at the specified address, provided that they notify the SELLER through the contact information below.

PERIOD OF RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

  1. If the buyer has purchased a service, this 14-day period starts from the date of signing the contract. In service contracts where performance has begun before the expiration of the withdrawal period with the consumer's consent, the right of withdrawal cannot be used.

  2. Costs arising from the use of the right of withdrawal are borne by the SELLER.

  3. To use the right of withdrawal, the SELLER must be notified in writing by registered mail with acknowledgment, fax or email within 14 (fourteen) days, and the product must not have been used within the framework of the "Products for which the right of withdrawal cannot be used" provisions regulated in this contract.

USE OF RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

  1. Invoice of the product delivered to a third party or the BUYER (If the invoice of the product to be returned is issued to a legal entity, it must be sent together with the return invoice issued by the institution upon return. Return of orders whose invoices are issued to institutions cannot be completed unless a RETURN INVOICE is issued.)

  2. Return form. Products to be returned must be delivered complete and undamaged together with their box, packaging, and standard accessories if any.

RETURN CONDITIONS:

  1. The SELLER is obliged to return the total amount and documents obligating the BUYER to the BUYER within a maximum of 10 days from receiving the withdrawal notification and to take back the goods within 20 days.

  2. If the value of the goods decreases due to a reason caused by the BUYER's fault, or if return becomes impossible, the BUYER is obliged to compensate the SELLER's damages in proportion to their fault. However, the BUYER is not responsible for changes and deteriorations that occur as a result of proper use of the goods or product during the withdrawal right period.

  3. In case of falling below the campaign limit amount as a result of using the right of withdrawal, the discount amount used within the scope of the campaign is cancelled.

PRODUCTS FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE USED:

  1. Products prepared according to the BUYER's request or clearly in accordance with their personal needs and not suitable for return shipping, underwear, swimwear and bikini bottoms, cosmetic materials, disposable products, goods that may spoil quickly or whose expiration date may pass, products whose return is inappropriate in terms of health and hygiene if their packaging was opened by the BUYER after delivery, products that mix with other products after delivery and cannot be separated by their nature, products related to periodical publications such as newspapers and magazines except those provided within the scope of subscription contracts, services performed instantly in electronic environment or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer, as well as audio or video recordings, books, digital content, software, data recording and storage devices, computer consumables cannot be returned according to the Regulation if their packaging was opened by the BUYER. In addition, the use of the right of withdrawal regarding services whose performance has begun with the consumer's consent before the expiration of the withdrawal right period is also impossible according to the Regulation.

  2. Cosmetic and personal care products, underwear products, swimwear, bikini, books, copyable software and programs, DVD, VCD, CD and cassettes, as well as stationery consumables (toner, cartridge, tape, etc.) must have unopened packaging, be untested, undamaged and unused for return to be possible.

CASE OF DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES

  1. The BUYER accepts, declares and guarantees that in case of default when making payment transactions with a credit card, they will pay interest within the framework of the credit card agreement between them and the card holder bank and will be responsible to the bank. In this case, the relevant bank may resort to legal remedies; may demand the costs incurred and attorney's fees from the BUYER, and in any case, if the BUYER defaults on debt payment, the BUYER agrees to pay the damage and losses that the SELLER will suffer due to delayed performance of the debt.

PAYMENT AND DELIVERY

  1. By bank transfer or EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer), you can make payment to any of our company's bank accounts.

  2. Using your credit cards through our website, you can take advantage of online single payment or online installment options for all types of your credit cards. In online payments, the amount deduction operation from your credit card will be performed at the end of your order.
